We had a good stay overall, but the food at dinner was a bit of a letdown, and we couldn't swap the veg for salad either, which was annoying. Breakfast was sweet as, though!

The hotel offers a stunning modern atmosphere and is conveniently located near popular tourist attractions. The breakfast buffet had an impressive selection, which I greatly enjoyed each morning.

Just a good match for a weekend escape in Riyadh with all in all brilliant value for money. I appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy for me to attend my meetings. Try to ask for a room on a higher floor to reduce noise from the street.

Despite numerous requests to switch rooms to a quieter side, the staff flatly refused. the cleanliness was unacceptable. the room was not cleaned during my four-day stay, and basic amenities like drinking water were not replenished even after prompting. This lack of service, combined with discomfort from the hard mattress and slow elevators, made for a disappointing experience.

Had a blast staying in a Superior King Room. Super comfy with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a minibar. Loved the spa facilities, especially the hot tub and massage options. Breakfast was nice too. The best part was the friendly service from the staff, so helpful all the time.
